The Alachua County “Illegal” Gun Bounty Program is a partnership between the Alachua County Sherriff’s Office and Alachua County Crime Stoppers that aims to get illegal guns off the streets. This program rewards tipsters with $1,000 if their information leads to an arrest and seizure of an illegal gun or one used in a crime.
